You can follow this and the many other legal action involving Marcus Davin and Benchmark by going to the Superior Court of California - County of Orange  web site.  Select "Online Case Access" Search both the Small Claims and Civil Court files. 

This is also where you file your paperwork for "Small Claims"  Make sure that you have the exact name ...   BENCHMARK FINANCIAL GROUPS LLC and or Marcus Davin.   You can do it online and it costs very little.  But it makes no sense to file if you aren't going to show up ... not showing is what Marcus counts on ...
