Complaint Text
We signed a lease contract agreement for the procurement of a new refrigeration system in which the quoted price was $1176.10 per month. We FAXED over a copy of a check for the first 2 payments in the total amount of $2402.20. The check was electronically deducted from our account on 06/01/2010. We then received a new contract in which the payment had changed to $1279.46 per month. The original contract was breached. We requested a refund of the down payment via many emails and phone calls. WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM ANYONE IN THE COMPANY SINCE.
