Benchmark, Partners Capital, Cobalt Funding, Now MD Capital the Names Change but The Crooks Remain the Same

I received this note from someone who tracks the comings and goings of Marcus Davin and his band of thieves.  

Your friends at Benchmark Leasing – sorry, Cobalt Funding, have now changed their name again and moved back to 65 Enterprise.  They are going by MD Capital but with no name on their office J  Just thought you might like to hear the latest!

Another Benchmark Rip Off -

I lost 813.00 first and last months payment to so called benchmark financial.  I own a small business in Round Rock Texas and really couldn't afford to lose any money.  Basically what happened was they kept asking for more info that they already had asked for. 

Then asking me to provide things I didn't have like verification of an old LLC that I had already sold.  When I Couldn't provide the paperwork that basically didn't exist they said I couldn't have any money back.  I spoke with Craig Loveless his boss was Jason bernal then there was Marcus Davin but mysteriously he never came to the phone. 

This happened back in september but recently they sent me an advertisement about there leasing services.  When is this company going to go out of business?

Benchmark Fraud - Welcome

I received a call from Marcus Davin today.  He seemed to want to retry the case.  Superior Court, Orange County, CA issued a judgement against Benchmark on Wednesday.  I think that he really believes in what he says .. some may call one like that a "pathological liar"

He threw around a few threats.  Liable and Slander are only an issue if it ruins someones reputation or ability to do business. We all know that there is nothing more that can be said to ruin Marcus Davin's reputation.

I told him that I didn't think that it was a good idea to hang around where justice is served.  Even though he been to court so many times that they should have a parking space reserved with his name on it.  A choir boy he is not. 

I would go to court!  And while I was at it I would organize a Benchmark Fraud reunion at Disneyland!  It is an awesome place and it is only a few miles from the courthouse.
